Enrolment Application Forms are available to download here, via post or in person from the School Office.
Completed Enrolment Application Forms, with all supporting documentation, are received by email, mail or in person at the School Office 8:00am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
Any applications not completed correctly or missing documents will not be processed and will be returned to parents.
All completed Enrolment Applications are acknowledged by email.
